Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Free Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size, or not as expected), the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in a promotion.


How to Start a Return
Contact us at bv@fasiano.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original item and place a new order. If the replacement is out of stock, we will issue a refund.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
