Shopping Help

Materials vary by product. Many Fasiano bedding items are made with everyday comfort fabrics such as cotton, microfiber, polyester, or blended materials. Please check the product page for the exact fabric details before ordering.

Most Fasiano bedding follows standard U.S. sizes such as Twin, Full, Queen, King, and California King. Please check the size details on each product page and compare them with your mattress, pillow, comforter, or duvet insert before ordering.

The included pieces depend on the product. Some sets may include pillowcases, sheets, comforters, quilts, or duvet covers. Please review the product title, photos, and description carefully to confirm what is included.

A quilt is usually thinner and lighter, making it a good choice for layering or warmer weather. A comforter is usually thicker and warmer. If you want lightweight everyday coverage, choose a quilt. If you want more warmth, choose a comforter.

A duvet cover is a removable cover that goes over a duvet insert. A comforter is usually one filled piece that can be used on its own. If you already have an insert, choose a duvet cover. If you want one ready-to-use piece, choose a comforter.

We try to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, and fabric texture. Please review all product photos before ordering.

At this time, Fasiano mainly sells ready-to-ship bedding and home textile products. If you have a large-order request, please contact us and we will let you know what options are available.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and available shipping options. Adding multiple bedding essentials to one order may make shipping more efficient than placing several small orders.

Fasiano focuses on affordable bedding and everyday value. Since shipping is calculated at checkout, combining pillowcases, sheets, blankets, quilts, or comforters in one order can help you get more value from the same shipment.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. If a free-shipping promotion is available, it will be shown on the site or applied according to the promotion terms.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. After your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery status.

Fasiano primarily serves U.S. customers. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Please email bv@fasiano.com as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Carrier tracking can sometimes take time to update. If your tracking has not changed for several days, contact us at bv@fasiano.com with your order number and we will help review the shipment status.

Returns and Refunds

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status from your Fasiano account if you created one at checkout.

We process orders quickly. Please email bv@fasiano.com within 12 hours of purchase if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Fasiano offers a 30-day unconditional refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at bv@fasiano.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we will help process your refund.

Email bv@fasiano.com with your order number and the item you want refunded. We will confirm your order details and guide you through the next step. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Product Care and Value

Care instructions may vary by product. In general, wash bedding with similar colors, use a gentle cycle, and follow the care label on the item. Avoid harsh bleach unless the product label says it is safe.

Some fabrics may shrink slightly or wrinkle after washing and drying. To help protect your bedding, follow the product care label, avoid high heat when possible, and remove items promptly after drying.

Pilling can happen with many soft fabrics because of friction, washing, or daily use. Washing with similar fabrics, using a gentle cycle, and avoiding harsh detergents may help reduce pilling.
