Post-Sales FAQ

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your FASIANO account.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at bv@fasiano.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact us at bv@fasiano.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
